1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using stylesense ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

stylesense is an AI-powered wardrobe management tool. You can upload photos of clothing items, receive AI-generated descriptions and categorisation, and get outfit suggestions through a conversational interface.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using stylesense you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide during registration is accurate.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@stylesense.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Content You Upload

You retain ownership of all images and content you upload to stylesense. By uploading content, you grant stylesense a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell or share your uploaded images with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. Do not upload images that contain other people without their consent, illegal content, or content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Storage Limits

Each account is provided with up to 50 MB of cloud storage for wardrobe images. If you reach this limit, you must delete existing items before uploading new ones. stylesense reserves the right to adjust storage limits in the future with reasonable notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the security of the platform
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person

8. AI-Generated Content

stylesense uses third-party AI models to classify and describe your wardrobe items and generate outfit suggestions. AI outputs are informational only and may occasionally be inaccurate. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.

9. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. stylesense does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, stylesense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
